By accessing or using Poker Wing Logan's venue, services, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the venue includes entering the premises, making a reservation, participating in a poker game or tournament, ordering food or beverages, and interacting with our staff and other patrons.

• Your continued use of the venue constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
• If you do not agree, you must not enter the venue or use our services.
• These terms apply to all visitors, guests, members, and participants without exception.

Poker Wing Logan is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. All visitors must present valid government-issued photo identification upon entry. This requirement applies to every person entering the venue, including guests who do not intend to play poker or dine.

• Acceptable forms of ID include driver's licence, passport, or proof of age card.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.
• Minors are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.

All visitors must behave respectfully and responsibly while on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person who violates these standards. Removal may occur without refund of any reservation, tournament, or dining fees already paid.

• Prohibited conduct includes harassment, intimidation, cheating, theft, vandalism, and any illegal activity.
• Weapons, drugs, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.
• Dress code: smart casual attire is required; management reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire.
• Visitors must follow all lawful directions given by venue staff, croupiers, and the tournament director.

Participation in poker games and tournaments is subject to the rules posted in the poker room and announced by the tournament director. All games are conducted with real poker tables, real cards, and live croupiers. No online play, remote dealing, or automated game mechanics are offered.

• Players must adhere to standard poker etiquette and house rules.
• Tournament entry fees and prize structures are announced prior to each event.
• Management decisions are final in all disputes.
• Players who attempt to mark cards, collude, or use prohibited devices will be removed and may be banned.

Our on-site restaurant offers a menu of food and beverages. Dining is available to venue patrons and may be subject to separate terms. Menu availability can change during peak service periods, and some dishes may sell out.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to modify menu items and prices without notice.
• Alcohol service is subject to Queensland liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
• Staff may refuse alcohol service to any patron who appears intoxicated or cannot provide acceptable age identification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Wing Logan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the venue or services. This includes loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or travel costs related to a cancelled reservation or event.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tables or services.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Poker Wing Logan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes the Wing Logan name, monogram, and all written material published on the site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
